  Ross was one of our all-time great hockey players. He lettered in hockey 1961-62, 1962-63 and again in 1964-65 as a forward and defensemen. He was also a two-time All American defensemen, named to the All-WCHA team and served as team captain 1964-65. Ross played on the U.S. Olympic team twice, 1964 and 1968 and was a member of four U.S. national hockey teams. He graduated in 1966 with an education degree.
