Series History vs Kansas City
Kansas City holds a 3-2 advantage in the series history, but the Hawks are 2-1 when the game is played at the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. The two teams split last year's season series with each team earning a win on its home floor.

The Hawks defense shined at the Betty against the Roos last year with a 61-39 win on Senior Day. UND held Kansas City to just 12 points in the second half on 2-of-31 shooting. UND scored 14 points off 22 KC turnovers and had 26 points in the paint.

Last Time Out: vs Omaha
Behind a triple-double from Kacie Borowicz and a double-double from Kiyah Hurst, UND earned its first Summit League win of the season 100-75 over Omaha Thursday night. Borowicz poured in 20 points, dished out 10 assists and pulled down 11 rebounds. Hurst notched her second double-double of the season with 22 points and 10 boards.

Hurst scored 13 of NoDak's first 15 points, helping the Fighting Hawks to a 27-19 lead at the end of the first quarter. North Dakota went on a 17-4 run between the end of the first quarter and start of the second quarter to expand its lead to 53-34 at halftime. UND connected on a season-high 11-of-20 triples in the win and had four players knock down multiple three-pointers.

Kiera Pemberton added 16 points on 7-of-7 shooting and recorded eight rebounds. DJ Davis and Sammiyah Hoskin each tallied four assists in the win.

Messed Around and Got a Triple-Double
Kacie Borowicz added her name in the UND record book alongside two North Dakota greats, Katie Richards and Jenny Crouse, as the third player in program history to record a triple-double in the Hawks 100-75 win over Omaha. Borowicz scored 20 points, dished out 10 assists and pulled down 11 rebounds. Borowicz is one of 17 players in the NCAA to secure a triple-double this season, and the only player from player from the Summit League.

Richards posted a 13 point, 11 assist and 10 rebound triple-double against Morningside on Jan. 15, 2000, while Crouse had 19 points, 14 blocks and 12 rebounds against St. Cloud State on Feb. 8, 1997

Finding the Range
Over the last three games, the Fighting Hawks have found the range from deep connecting on .479 percent of their three-point attempts. UND made 6-of-14 from deep in both games against Idaho State and Eastern Washington, before knocking down a season-high 11-of-20 in its 100-75 win over Omaha Thursday.

Kiyah Hurst led the way with a perfect 4-of-4 from deep performance against the Mavericks, a Fighting Hawks single-game high this season. Sammiyah Hoskin, Kacie Borowicz and Jayla Owen all knocked two triples in the win, and UND hit the century mark for the first time since a 102-99 overtime win over Northern Illinois last season.
