The University of North Dakota women's basketball team begins their 2023-24 season on the road at Wyoming on Monday, Nov. 6. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. in Arena-Auditorium in Laramie, Wyoming.

Series History vs. the Cowgirls
Monday marks the fourth all-time meeting between North Dakota and Wyoming, with UW holding a 2-1 advantage in the series.Â
North Dakota earned their first win over Wyoming last season 67-55 at Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. The Fighting Hawks have traveled to Laramie, Wyoming once before on Nov. 20, 2008 and fell 77-100 to the Cowgirls.
Kacie Borowicz paced the Hawks with 20 points in last year's win over UW, while
Miranda VanderWal nearly recorded a double-double with eight points and nine rebounds in just 11 minutes off the bench.
Last Time Out: vs Florida International (WBI)
UND's 2022-23 season ended with a 73-76 loss to Florida International in the Women's Basketball Invitational Consolation Championship game. The Hawks went 1-2 at the WBI picking up a thrilling 102-99 OT win over Northern Illinois, the program's first national postseason win in the NCAA Division I era.
Kacie Borowicz paced NoDak against FIU with 19 points, nine rebounds and six assists. Borowicz averaged 24.7 points per game in the WBI including a 35-point performance against NIU.
