A SENSE OF NORMALACY
Having started the season without three of their regular starters, the Fighting Hawks regain the missing players for the TD Bank Classis Tournament. Kacie Borowicz, who had missed all regular season games, returned for her first regular season game against the Montana State Bobcats. Borowicz made an immediate impact off the bench and went on to end the night as the points leader with 33. She started in the game against Bucknell and finished the evening with 12 points. Another face that had been missed on the court was Olivia Lane. The junior from Pequot Lake, Minn. played her first regular season game against the Bucknell Bison in the first game of the TD Bank Classic. Lane played 17:16 minutes off the bench. She ended the night with three points and five rebounds. As the Fighting Hawks have slowly started to gain their missing players back, they have been able to adjust their starters and score more points off the bench. This will help as they head into the final non-conference games of the season and into Summit League play starting in December.
ALL-TIME WITH BROWN
The North Dakota and Brown women's basketball programs have never met in their histories. This will be the first-ever meeting between the Fighting Hawks and Bears.
