ON TAP
Gearing up for its final week of the regular season, the University of North Dakota will head South down I-29 when it takes on Omaha and No. 20/12 South Dakota on Feb. 27 and 29, respectively. Both programs will hold their Senior Day ceremonies against the Fighting Hawks.

QUICK JUMPERS
*Currently seventh in The Summit League standings, North Dakota can still finish sixth in the conference to overthrow North Dakota State.
*With a pair NDSU losses and UND wins, the Hawks would earn the No. 6 seed in The Summit League Tournament.
*UND has won 13-straight meetings with the Mavericks and owns a 26-3 record in Omaha.
*In the last four games, North Dakota's leading scorer has been a freshman.
*Megan Zander scored a career-best 20 points off the bench versus North Dakota State, pulling down eight rebounds as well.
*Zander is the sixth different Fighting Hawk to account for 20-points in a game this season. It was the 10th game a North Dakota player scored at least 20 points.
*Julia Fleecs drew eight fouls against the Bison and went 5-for-6 at the free-throw line en route to a 17-point afternoon.
*UND is seeking its first win in Vermillion since Jan. 16, 2010 (54-51).
*The Fighting Hawks are shooting 42.2-percent from the field in the last three games, nearly eclipsing 46-percent against South Dakota State on Feb. 20.

SCOUTING OMAHA
Omaha is playing with its postseason life on the line this weekend. Currently the No. 8 team in The Summit League, a win this weekend would clinch the Mavericks a berth to Sioux Falls while a pair of losses and two Purdue Fort Wayne wins would eliminate them. Omaha has won five of its seven games at Baxter Arena this season, coming off of a 65-51 victory over the Mastodons last Saturday. Mariah Murdie leads the Mavericks in points (10.6) and rebounds (6.1), recording three 20-point games this season.

SCOUTING SOUTH DAKOTA
With only Saturday's game remaining for No. 20/12 South Dakota, the Coyotes will seek a perfect Summit League record on Saturday. The Yotes are 26-2 on the year and 15-0 in the conference. With a win, USD would complete the first undefeated Summit League season since 2014 and just the third since former WNBA player E.C. Hill led Northern Illinois University to the feat (18-0) in 1993-94. Ciara Duffy is averaging 17.1 points per game with Hannah Sjerven shooting .578 from the field with 11.9 points and 7.1 rebounds.

NEXT UP
The University of North Dakota will begin its postseason on Saturday, March 7, or Sunday, March 8, at The Summit League Tournament in Sioux Falls, S.D. The eight-team tournament will be played at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. The championship will be held Tuesday, March 10, with a time to be announced.
