AZUSA, Calif./LOS ANGELES, Calif. – North Dakota began its week in the Golden State with a pair of meets on Wednesday. The Twilight Open was highlighted by
Kenna Curry recording a top five performance in the NCAA, while the Bryan Clay Invitational kicked off with
Frida Giersdorff and
Matej Hrebacka breaking school records.
Curry began the festivities on Wednesday by winning the hammer throw title at the Cal State-LA Twilight Open with a personal-best toss of 222-1 (67.70m).
