Fighting Hawks Continue to Climb USTFCCCA Midwest Regional Rankings
In the most recent USTFCCCA Midwest Regional Rankings, both Fighting Hawk teams continue to move up the rankings.
The UND women continue their march to the top regionally and are now No. 7 in the poll. They are the top team from the Summit League in the poll and appear ahead of the Power 4 schools of Oklahoma, Nebraska and Kansas State. The seven-spot is the best the Hawks have ever been ranked on the women's side since the creation of the poll in 2011.
North Dakota also moved up two spots on the men's side and is now No. 12. They are the second-best team from the league in the poll and trail only South Dakota State (No. 11). The Fighting Hawks are also one-spot ahead of the Bison of North Dakota State (No. 13).
