Quinn Dilworth

Quinn Dilworth joined North Dakota November of 2024, serving as the Assistant Coach of Strength and Conditioning. 

Before becoming North Dakota, Dilworth spent seven years with Utah Tech University as the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning. He served primarily with men’s basketball creating and implementing practice and game day warmups, weekly programing and execution in season and off season, developing athlete specific modifications when necessary, and traveling with the team to provide on the road workouts, mobility/soft tissue, and food and nutrition. Dilworth also worked with volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer, softball, women’s swimming, and golf. 

Dilworth interned with Southern Utah University for one year where he programmed for men’s and women’s tennis while assisting with football, softball, women’s basketball, men’s and women’s golf, and gymnastics. 

The Utah native graduated from Southern Utah University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He stayed at Southern Utah University through 2019 to complete his master’s degree in strength and conditioning  and human performances.

Dilworth is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as CPR and AED certified.
