Michelle Svilpe was announced as the Assistant AD for Compliance at the University of North Dakota in July of 2023. She joins UND after completing athletics compliance internships with the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, University of Notre Dame, and Eastern Michigan University.
The Mattawan, Mich. native, earned her Bachelor of Arts in December of 2019 from the Frederik Meijer Honors College at Grand Valley State University. Svilpe graduated with a J.D. from Marquette University Law School in May of 2023 and received the Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute.
She has a cat named Miles. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching sports, traveling, and being outside
