David Allard graduated from UND in 2015 with his athletic training degree.  He was a summer intern with the Indianapolis Colts of the NFL in 2014. Allard received his master’s of science in education degree from Southwest Minnesota State University where he also worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. After completing his master’s degree in 2017, he returned to Grand Forks to work for Altru Health System.  Allard returned to his alma mater in 2019 and works with the football team. 

A native of Devils Lake, ND, Allard and his wife Samantha have two children: Lexi and Ellie.
