Ashley Steffan became the Compliance Coordinator in April 2022 after serving as the Director of UND Volleyball Operations for four seasons.
 

The Grand Forks native earned her Baccalaureate Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, where she played both volleyball and basketball for the Yellowjackets.
 
Steffan, formerly Laidley, graduated from Grand Forks Central High School where she was a standout for the Knights.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with her family.
